Connect your Microsoft 365 organization in one guided step. A one-time admin consent is all it takes.

Create or import lists
Add contacts directly or import Excel, CSV or vCard files, with a preview and duplicate warnings.

Assign groups or people
Assign lists to Microsoft 365 groups or individual people. New group members get the list automatically, leavers lose it.

Outlook mobile can save contacts to the phone's address book. That way iPhone and Android show the name and company on incoming calls, even for contacts your employees never added themselves.

Do employees need to install anything?
No. Kontaktfix writes the contacts directly into Outlook through Microsoft Graph. To see names on the phone, the Outlook app with the “Save contacts” setting enabled is all that is needed.
What happens if someone edits a contact in Outlook?
Kontaktfix is the single source of truth. Edits made directly in Outlook are overwritten at the next update. That is why changes belong in Kontaktfix, where they are validated and logged.
Are personal contacts affected?
Never. Kontaktfix keeps its contacts separate and never reads, changes or deletes your employees' personal contacts.
Where is the data stored?
In Switzerland, with Infomaniak. Each customer's data is strictly separated from every other customer's.
What happens when someone leaves a group?
Group assignments follow Microsoft 365 group membership automatically. When someone leaves a group, the related contacts are removed cleanly and completely. New members receive them without any extra step.
What do we need to get started?
Microsoft 365 with Exchange Online, and a person with admin rights who approves Kontaktfix once. Everything else happens in the browser.
